Our Classic Cornish Sea Salt Bagels are made with 100g of twice risen dough (minimum 2 hour rise + a 12 hour cold proof) before being poached for 2 minutes on either side. We top them with a sprinkling of coarse Cornish Sea Salt, then bake them for exactly 16 minutes at 210 degrees for a beautiful fluffy centre and signature chewy crust. They are posted same day and are excellent toasted. They also freeze brilliantly and just need a thaw before toasting (or toast from frozen).

We use seeds and nuts in some of our products and are unable to guarantee this product has not come in to contact with nuts. This product also contains gluten and we regret we are not able to offer gluten free options at this time.
Our bagels are delivered ready baked and we recommend a bread knife or bagel slicer for cutting.
Each bagel is made with fast action yeast, 100g of organic dough, made with flitered water. We add 0.03g of Cornish Sea Salt to each bagel and 20g of barley malt extract.

We recommend freezing immeadiately on delivery to maintain maximum freshness and thaw as required.
Our favourite serving suggestion for all our bagels is a light toast in a toaster, panini press or speed oven.
